The results were pretty good, but theres plenty of room for improvement. 1. Four Boys: This was my favorite. Were seeing eyes, emotion, and expression. Is the center of attention the pigeon taking off in the foreground, the woman on her cell phone, or the man taking a picture behind her? Theres no rule that says youve got to have one subject in a frame, but this one kind of leaves me wondering: What exactly were you taking a picture of? Another small thing is that the photo appears to be over-sharpened. Id dial it back, so your skin tones dont look so radioactive. One thing that might help: Up the contrast of your BW to help separate foreground from background. 4. Women: This is a fine photo to show your friends after a trip. Youve got people in action. Their expressions are natural, and the exposure is fine. A tip for next time: Lower your lens until youre about mid belly level with the women. Itll make them appear full-size, rather than small the way youre shooting down on them. Then replica omega watches try nearly filling the frame with only one of them. And keep shooting until you get the sense that youre about to overstay your welcome. 5. Motorcycles: Here, weve got the start of a six-year-olds motocross race. I love that their helmets make them look like bobblehead dolls and that the seagulls are racing with them. This one is converted to sepia, but Im wondering why.
